Maria V. Martin counsels and represents clients nationwide regarding various employment-related claims, including age, race, gender, and national origin discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, constructive discharge, defamation, fraud, and breach of contract.
Ms. Martin also is experienced in the enforcement of post-employment restrictive covenants and in the protection of trade secrets. Ms. Martin has appeared before numerous state and federal courts, in addition to arbitration actions before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).
