Lauren Fuiman Cell works with the Employment Practices Group, focusing her practice on the challenges that arise in today's workplace under federal, state and local law. Ms. Cell has experience in federal and state court, as well as arbitration. Before joining Rubin Fortunato, Ms. Cell served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Timothy R. Rice, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as the Honorable Louis R. Meloni of the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division, Camden County. Additionally, Ms. Cell offers clients of the firm valuable insights gained from her experience as a summer associate in the Legal Department of Cosi, Inc., where she explored a myriad of issues from the in-house perspective.
Ms. Cell volunteers for the Court Appointment Special Advocate (CASA) Association, providing assistance to neglected children during the court process.
Ms. Cell graduated summa cum laude from the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University, where she was a member of the Drexel Law Review, and received her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia.
