Ms. Laubenstein concentrates her practice on matters concerning restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employment agreements. She also represents clients in litigation and arbitration matters involving claims of discrimination or retaliation, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with contractual relationships, and similar claims. She has extensive experience in federal and state court litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings, as well as significant experience counseling companies and individuals on a wide-variety of employment-related issues.
Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Ms. Laubenstein gained substantial experience in complex commercial litigation and appellate practice as well as in labor and employment matters. She also had the invaluable opportunity to clerk for the Honorable Max Rosenn of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit before entering private practice.
