Kate S. Arduini
Ms. Arduini focuses her practice in the area of employment law, specializing in post-employment litigation and arbitration of restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and commercial litigation. She graduated magna cum laude in 2005 from Saint Francis University and earned her J.D. with honors in 2009 from Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law where she was a member of the Drexel Law Review. Ms. Arduini is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
