Ms. Arduini focuses her practice in the area of employment law, specializing in post-employment litigation and arbitration of restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Arduini was a law clerk in the labor and employment legal department at a Fortune 500 company where she worked with attorneys to develop case strategies, counseled and trained employees, and assisted with labor and employment litigation. During law school, Ms. Arduini cofounded the Drexel Women’s Law Society and was a member of the Drexel Law Review. Her Note on the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act was published in 2009.
