Julie A. Uebler Shareholder
Julie A. Uebler’s practice is devoted to resolving workplace disputes on behalf of individual employees, professionals, and executives. Ms. Uebler has litigated cases involving employment discrimination, discriminatory harassment, breach of contract, retaliation, and wrongful discharge in violation of public policy. She has also assisted numerous clients in resolving workplace disputes and claims prior to litigation, through negotiated severance and settlement agreements. In addition, Ms. Uebler advises executives and professionals with respect to employment matters, including drafting and negotiating employment, executive compensation and/or severance agreements.
Ms. Uebler spent the first 10 years of her legal career representing employers: first, in the Philadelphia office of Morgan Lewis; and then as in-house counsel for a global pharmaceutical company where she had responsibility for all corporate and U.S. employment, employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
Today, in addition to her advocacy on behalf of plaintiffs in employment matters, Ms. Uebler serves as a mediator of employment disputes and as an independent investigator of workplace misconduct issues.
Ms. Uebler was recently named a “Top Lawyer” by Main Line Today Magazine. Ms. Uebler, her husband, and two daughters live in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
