Julianne Peck litigates workplace disputes on behalf of clients nationwide and provides pre-litigation advice to employers and employees. She serves as lead counsel in cases concerning wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, family and medical leave, whistle-blowing, defamation, non-compete agreements, and breach of contract.
Ms. Peck also drafts and reviews severance agreements, policies, and contracts. In addition to numerous appearances in arbitrations and in federal and state courts throughout the country, Ms. Peck has extensive experience before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other state administrative agencies, and in mediating employment-related claims. Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato & Harbison, Ms. Peck was a litigator at a large national firm based in Philadelphia where she handled employment cases as well as a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including consumer class actions and mass tort litigation.
