Jennifer A. Ermilio Associate
Jennifer Ermilio counsels businesses and individuals on a wide range of employment concerns, including effective recruiting, litigation avoidance, and post-termination obligations. In addition to arbitrations before FINRA, she manages litigation across the country in both state and federal court in matters involving restrictive covenants, raiding, and trade secrets. When she is not overseeing and resolving her clients’ litigation matters, Jennifer devotes her energies to drafting and negotiating various sophisticated and extensive employment agreements, employee policies, employee handbooks, and nondisclosure and restrictive covenants. After nearly 10 years in practice, Jennifer can count a national securities firm, several smaller regional and local businesses, and numerous individuals among the clients she services.
Before joining Rubin Fortunato, Jennifer gained experience working at a well-known Philadelphia firm handling complex claims involving commercial disputes, professional liability, and other negligence-related matters. Upon graduation from law school, she served a one year clerkship in the civil division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
