Jeffrey M. Csercsevits focuses his practice on post-employment litigation and arbitration of restrictive covenants, trade secrets and commercial litigation. After graduating from law school, Mr. Csercsevits served as a Law Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, he practiced Workers’ Compensation defense litigation for a major Philadelphia law firm.

- Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. v. Charles Bishop, FINRA Dispute Resolution No. 09-05841 (Ft. Lauderdale, FL 2010): Multi-day arbitration hearing resulting in an award in favor of Merrill Lynch for $993,367.67 owed on a promissory note, plus interest, costs, and attorneys' fees. The panel denied all counterclaims against Merrill Lynch.
