Ms. Hughes has over twenty years experience practicing in the areas of employment litigation and counseling. Ms. Hughes concentrates her practice in the area of restrictive covenants and trade secrets, providing advice and counseling on a variety of issues, as well as litigating disputes pertaining to restrictive covenants, trade secrets, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, and related topics. She also has extensive experience representing both corporations and individuals in negotiating and drafting employment agreements and severance agreements. She has counseled a wide variety of clients in the employment area, with respect to federal and state employment statutes and regulations, avoiding and minimizing litigation risks, and development of employee policies.
