Glenn F. Schwartz
Glenn F. Schwartz focuses his practice in the areas of post-employment litigation and arbitration of restrictive covenants, trade secrets and commercial litigation. Mr. Schwartz earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and his J.D. in 2007 from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Schwartz served as a judicial intern for the Honorable John R. Padova in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Mr. Schwartz gained experience as a litigation associate with a prominent Philadelphia law firm where his practice focused on employment, professional liability, construction, insurance coverage, bankruptcy, environmental, patent, copyright, trademark and civil rights litigation. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
