Edward G. Winsman focuses his practice in the area of employment law with an emphasis on post-employment litigation and arbitration of restrictive covenants, trade secrets and commercial litigation. He also has experience investigating and prosecuting raid claims. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Bonnie Brigance Leadbetter, President Judge of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. While at Villanova University School of Law, he served as a Staff Writer on the Environmental Law Journal and as a Student Attorney in the Federal Tax Clinic.
