Ms. Williams focuses her practice in the area of employment litigation with an emphasis on post-employment restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.
Her experience includes pursuing injunctive relief in federal court to enforce post-employment obligations and to protect proprietary rights. She frequently represents clients in securities industry disputes involving violations of the Protocol for Broker Recruiting, industry raiding claims, employment contract disputes, and claims of unfair competition, tortious interference with business relations, and breach of fiduciary duty. She has also represented clients in government investigations and ERISA litigation.
Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Ms. Williams practiced at a large Philadelphia law firm where she focused on complex commercial litigation matters and electronic discovery.
