Christopher Koller focuses his practice in post-employment litigation and arbitration of restrictive covenants, trade secrets, commercial litigation and other economic intellectual property rights.
Mr. Koller graduated cum laude from West Chester University in 1994 and graduated cum laude from Temple University School of Law in 2000. After graduating law school, Mr. Koller served for two years as a staff attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
After his time at the Court of Appeals and prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Mr. Koller gained significant experience defending individuals and businesses in a wide variety of employment, commercial and contractual matters in the state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Mr. Koller also serves as an arbitrator for the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Koller has coached and serves as a judge for the Pennsylvania High School Mock Trial Competition.
