Christin M. Choi Associate
Christin Choi concentrates her practice on employment-related matters, including claims of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, defamation, wage disputes, and fraud. In addition to litigating cases in arbitration and in federal and state courts, Ms. Choi counsels clients on compliance with federal, state, and local workplace laws, including Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. During law school, Ms. Choi was a Law Faculty Scholar and the Research Editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Timothy J. Savage in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before joining Rubin Fortunato, Ms. Choi gained experience as an associate at a boutique commercial litigation firm.
