Beth A. Dodson

Ms. Dodson represents and counsels clients nationwide with respect to the federal, state, and local laws that govern the workplace. She has experience representing employers and employees related to claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and their state and local counterparts. She also has experience representing employers and employees related to common law claims arising out of employment relationships, including wrongful termination, constructive discharge, retaliation, defamation, fraud, negligence, and breach of contract.

Prior to joining Rubin, Fortunato & Harbison, P.C., Ms. Dodson practiced at a large international law firm in Pittsburgh, where she focused her practice in the areas of white collar crime defense, insurance coverage, intellectual property litigation, employment discrimination, and commercial litigation.
