Andrew M. DeLucia is a litigator who counsels and represents clients on a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, constructive discharge, employee misconduct, retaliation, defamation, restrictive covenants, and trade secret protection. In addition, he has represented clients in a variety of commercial and civil litigation matters. Mr. DeLucia has appeared before state and federal courts in addition to arbitration proceedings and before administrative agencies. Mr. DeLucia graduated in 1998 from Villanova University and cum laude in 2003 from Villanova University School of Law where he was an associate editor of the Villanova Law Review. Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Mr. DeLucia spent several years in the Litigation Department at a large Philadelphia law firm, gaining experience in both employment and commercial litigation. Mr. DeLucia is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
