Amy M. Fritsky focuses her practice on claims involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and other related labor and employment claims. Ms. Fritsky also advises clients on employment policies and procedures, progressive discipline, and separation of employment.
Ms. Fritsky is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jerome B. Simandle of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Before attending law school, Ms. Fritsky worked as the human resources manager for a software consulting firm located in Philadelphia.
Her professional memberships include the Pennsylvania Bar Association Women in the Profession Committee (2008-Present), the Pennsylvania Bar Association Women in the Profession Committee Mentoring Task Force (2010-2011), and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Quality of Life/Balance Committee (2011-2012).
