Tricia Tsipras has been with the Firm since graduating from law school in 2000 and prides herself on developing a broad institutional knowledge of the Firm, its clients, and the industries in which they operate.
She counsels and represents employers and employees on a wide variety of employment issues, ranging from restrictive covenants to discrimination and retaliation.
In addition to her counseling and litigation experience, Tricia drafts employment policies, conducts workplace investigations, trains companies on employment laws and best employment practices, and has authored materials and presented to audiences on a wide range of employment issues.
Tricia is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee and handles Human Resources, benefits, and other management functions for the Firm.
