Ms. Spence focuses her practice on matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment discrimination, retaliation, and other employment claims. Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Ms. Spence was an associate at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. in Philadelphia. She is a 2013 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she served as the Development Editor of the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law and President of the Black Law Students Association. Ms. Spence obtained her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in business and psychology in 2008. Prior to law school, Ms. Spence worked as a Wealth Management Associate for PNC Financial. She is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
