Ms. Embry focuses her practice on matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment discrimination, retaliation, and other employment claims. Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Ms. Embry was an associate at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. in Philadelphia. She is a 2014 graduate, cum laude, of Widener University Delaware Law School. During law school, Ms. Embry served as the Articles Editor of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics, and Race. She also was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, a Full Merit Scholarship Recipient, and Vice President of the Black Law Students Association. Ms. Embry received her undergraduate degree from Temple University, cum laude, in 2007, where she was in the Temple Honors Program and was a merit scholarship recipient. Ms. Embry worked for Temple for four years in the Offices of Institutional Advancement and Development & Alumni Affairs prior to attending law school. She is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
